With over twenty-six years of media experience in leading agencies, Steve is an expert in researching and planning media to maximize value and reach. Previously Media Director with agencies in Victoria and Vancouver, he has worked on international, national, provincial and local accounts.
Steve believes in research and relies primarily on the syndicated research available through the media (Print Measurement Bureau, NADbank, and others) to assist in his planning decisions. Having someone of Steve’s caliber negotiating the media purchases also contributes to providing the maximum value to the clients for their budgets.
He is also a Web Analytics Certified Master as well as a Conversion Optimization trained practitioner.

Don has more than 30 years of sales experience in the media industry. He has been recognized nationally by his peers for his achievements in building client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Working closely with clients and agencies he has delivered best-in-class innovative sales solutions and partnerships. Don’s marketing experience, has helped small and large businesses to achieve solution based goals by developing and implementing broadcast, digital and sponsorship brand strategies that deliver measurable results.
Landels held several roles with Rogers Media, the most recent as general sales and operations manager in Victoria.
